First of all, teachers should have love for students.

A caring teacher can have a strong appeal and cohesion for students, and make students really have feelings for you, trust you and listen to you.

The teacher's love is first reflected in the teacher's sense of responsibility to the students. Students follow me. What I want to do is how to cultivate him and make him a useful person, not how to use him to make achievements and win fame and fortune for me. Students are thoughtful, they feel the teacher's care for them, and when they realize my care, they will repay you with their truest heart. When every student has a good way out after my training, the remaining and new students will trust me more, which is a virtuous circle.

Secondly, teachers should care and cherish students.

Students have different conditions. Although the living conditions are good now, there are still some students with poor family economic conditions, and sports need certain economic input. I often have such players in my team. I usually buy nutrition for them at my own expense and order snacks in the school cafeteria for them to help themselves. I also buy them shoes and clothes for training and competition. Under my influence, some students with good family conditions will gradually learn to care about others. For example, when they buy snacks, they often bring a copy to the students with poor conditions, and the relationship in the whole training team is further harmonious.

Second, PE teachers should love sports.

As physical education teachers, we should let students know that studying physical education is not only for finding a way out, but also for further study. We should let students really understand the benefits of sports to people's lives. I run long-distance races at least three or four times a week, and tell students with my own practical actions that sports can run through people's lives, bring people health and make our lives full of excitement. Aside from the practicality of sports, we should love it.

Third, when selecting materials, don't look at sports achievements first, but recruit students who like track and field to your team.

In fact, students with a lot of potential in track and field can become useful talents after scientific training. Our teacher should not only pay attention to the first few students in the sports meeting. Some students are not outstanding in the competition, but they have good joints and have a strong interest in track and field. You know, interest is the best teacher. Such students are willing to invest in training. As long as they are trained systematically, they will make a qualitative leap soon. On the other hand, even if some students are very talented, they are not serious and systematic in training, which not only makes it difficult to achieve results, but also has a negative impact on the training atmosphere of the whole team. So I have never neglected the construction of the whole team for the sake of individual top players. It seems that I lost an excellent player at that time, but in fact I got a set of materials that can be made.

Fourth, create a good training atmosphere.

This is easy to do on the basis of the previous selection of materials. Because the selected players all like track and field, everyone has the same interest and language, so it is easy to have sincere friendship and become very good friends. When training, friends tease and encourage each other, so monotonous running and jumping is not so boring; Moreover, after intense study, students will feel nostalgic for having such a team that makes them feel happy, so when the training time comes, students will naturally appear consciously.

Fifth, how to win the support of parents and cultural teachers.

Students' ideas are clear, but if parents don't, this training is still difficult to carry out. In fact, parents are most concerned about students' cultural achievements. If this concern is gone, parents will rarely object to student training. As soon as each student joins the team, the first thing I put forward to them is not how to make them train hard, but the importance of cultural classes, so that they can establish a sense of paying equal attention to both literature and art; Time for training. If the teacher is explaining new knowledge points, I allow them to finish class before training, preferring to go home late. Communicate with culture teachers frequently to find out about students' recent study. Over time, students' awareness of learning has formed and their cultural achievements have stabilized, and parents and cultural teachers will not hinder their cultivation. Among the students I take, basically every class has its own cultural achievements and is admitted to Zhoushan Middle School. Their training process is not only to gain benefits from further study, but more importantly, to enjoy the fun brought by physical exercise. The good performance of the students also conquered the culture teacher, so now many class teachers will help me with the work of parents.
