What does a dual-core journal mean?
Dual-core journals refer to journals that are simultaneously included in two core journal databases. For example, being selected as the core of Peking University and CSSCI of Nantah is a dual-core journal in the usual sense.

Core journals are divided into Chinese core journals of Peking University Library, source journals of Chinese Social Sciences Citation Index (CSSCI) of Nanjing University, statistical source journals of China scientific papers of China Institute of Science and Technology Information (also known as China Science and Technology Core Journals), core journals of China Humanities and Social Sciences of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences Document Information Center, and source journals of China Science Citation Database (CSCD) of China Academy of Sciences Document Information Center. Wan Fang Data Co., Ltd. is building China Humanities and Social Sciences Newspaper "China Humanities and Social Sciences Journal Core Journal" and "China Core Journal Selected Database" ..

Domestic core journals mainly include two categories:

As of June 20265438 +0

Self-taught science and social sciences, that is, science and liberal arts.

Core of natural science: Peking University Chinese core periodicals; CSCD core journals; China Science and Technology Core Journals;

Core of social science: Peking University Chinese core periodicals; CSSCI core journals.

The accreditation standards of core journals are also formulated by some university libraries, and the evaluation and access standards of each school library are also different. The press and publication management department has not participated in such selection activities. The General Administration of Press and Publication has never classified these periodicals according to their academic level.
