Enterprise ERP implementation and performance evaluation is the evaluation and evaluation of the performance, efficiency and effect of enterprises in China after implementing ERP system. The performance evaluation of ERP project implementation is a comprehensive and systematic analysis and evaluation of the purpose, effect, influence and implementation of the project according to the completion of the project, which is helpful to improve the investment benefit and the level of decision-making and management. However, at present, the theory of performance evaluation is not complete in the evaluation method and specific evaluation index system, and it lacks the analysis and evaluation of the close relationship between the implementation stages and how to control the deviation of analysis in each stage. This paper introduces the research background, research significance, research status, research content and ideas, and systematically discusses the ideas, design principles and content issues that need to be considered in implementing ERP performance evaluation index system in Chinese enterprises. On this basis, the performance evaluation index system of ERP system and the basic steps to evaluate the effect of ERP implementation are discussed in detail.
