Since 1978, he has been mainly engaged in the prevention and treatment of viral hepatitis and clinical research of vaccines, presided over and participated as a major member in the national epidemiological survey of viral hepatitis of the Ministry of Health. Participated in national key scientific and technological projects such as the Seventh Five-Year Plan, the Eighth Five-Year Plan, the Ninth Five-Year Plan and the Tenth Five-Year Plan, such as Study on Immune Persistence and Preventive Effect of Blood-borne Hepatitis B Vaccine, Study on Immune Effect of Standardized Live Attenuated Hepatitis A Vaccine, and International Project on Immune Model of Hepatitis B Vaccine in Longan County, China, and presided over the clinical research project of 10 vaccine. He has published more than 100 papers in domestic and foreign journals, including 2 papers in international authoritative magazines Vaccine and Emerging Infectious Diseases.
