Over the past 20 years, I have accumulated rich clinical experience, mastered the diagnosis and treatment techniques of common and frequently-occurring diseases in the Department of Gastroenterology, and have high attainments in the diagnosis and treatment of difficult diseases in the Department of Gastroenterology, especially in achalasia, Budd-Chiari syndrome, unexplained ascites, chronic diarrhea and other diseases, and relieved some patients who have been misdiagnosed and missed for a long time. He also has high attainments in the treatment of acute and critical diseases in gastroenterology, such as massive gastrointestinal bleeding, severe pancreatitis, liver failure, etc., which has saved the lives of a large number of patients. He has skillfully developed a variety of gastrointestinal endoscopic diagnosis and treatment techniques: in Hengyang, he took the lead in using endoscopic injection of botulinum toxin A and short-term placement of esophageal stent to treat achalasia and pyloric obstruction complicated with duodenal ulcer; There have been 1000 cases of esophageal variceal ligation combined with partial splenic embolization to treat portal hypertension, and gastrointestinal hemostasis to treat gastrointestinal bleeding without esophageal variceal rupture. At present, there have been more than 200 cases of stent implantation for esophageal, gastric and colon cancer stenosis. Successfully performed gastroscope gastrostomy 10 times; At the same time, combined with the hospital intervention center, emergency percutaneous coronary embolization was successfully carried out to treat esophageal and gastric varices due to cirrhosis, and PTCD was used to treat cancerous obstructive jaundice. After work, I often pay attention to summing up clinical experience and often write papers. He has published more than 10 papers in Chinese Internal Medicine, Chinese Medical Forum, China Medical and Health, Journal of Xinxiang Medical College and Journal of South China University, and participated in the compilation of the monograph "Handbook of Diagnosis and Treatment for Rural Doctors".
