It is of great significance to study the quality of life of elderly patients with chronic diseases in COVID-19. In order to provide a theoretical basis for the health management of the elderly with chronic diseases and promote their health, this paper discusses the health management strategies of the elderly with chronic diseases under the background of normalized epidemic prevention and control, and expounds the measures that the elderly themselves and relevant social institutions should take in combination with the current situation of normalized epidemic prevention and control.
