Yang Yifan's research achievements
He has been engaged in the research of China's legal history for a long time, and published more than 40 kinds of independent, co-authored and edited scientific research results. He wrote Textual Research in the Early Ming Dynasty, Mingda-Patent Research, and Textual Research on Hongwu's Legal Classics, and co-authored Textual Research in Past Dynasties, Legal Research in Ming Dynasty, General History of China's Legal Thought in Ming Dynasty, China's Law and Morality, and China's New Legal Thinking. Editor-in-chief include Textual Research on the History of Chinese Legal System (volume 15), Textual Research on the History of Chinese Legal System (volume 13), New Compilation of the History of Chinese Legal System, China People and the History of Chinese Legal System, Research on Ancient Chinese Legal Form, and New Exploration of Chinese and Foreign Legal System History. The achievements of legal ancient books compiled and presided over are: Collection of Rare Legal Ancient Books in China (volume 14), Supplement of Rare Legal Ancient Books in China (volume 19), Legal Documents in China (volume 19), Ancient Local Legal Documents in China (volume 40) and Judicial Documents in Past Dynasties.

Scientific research achievements have won more than 10 awards at national, provincial and ministerial levels, among which "Research on Ming Dazhao" won the first prize of 1994 National Excellent Law Works; The Collection of Rare Books of Ancient Legal Books in China (1996) won the honorary award of outstanding scientific research achievements of the second China Academy of Social Sciences; China People's Legal History 1998 won the 11th China Book Award; China People's Legal History (Revised Edition) 1999 won the nomination award of the 4th National Book Award, the 7th Selected Works Award of the "Five-One Project" of the Propaganda Department of the CPC Central Committee, and in 2000, it was awarded the additional Excellent Scientific Research Achievement Award by China Academy of Social Sciences. In 2004, The Continuation of Rare Legal Classics in China won the second prize of the fifth outstanding scientific research achievement of China Academy of Social Sciences; Textual research on the history of Chinese legal system won the first prize of outstanding scientific research achievements of the 6th China Academy of Social Sciences in 2007. Case Judgments of Past Dynasties won the first prize of the 7th China Academy of Social Sciences 20 1 1.
