Significance and purpose analysis of the project 1. 1

China's economic development is changing with each passing day, but in recent years, due to the impact of the Southeast Asian financial crisis, its development speed has been hindered. In order to expand domestic demand, we have studied many economic phenomena from many aspects, but few people realize the important position of rural areas in China's economy. China is a big agricultural country. We must realize that rural development is the main aspect of expanding domestic demand in China. Correspondingly, we should also realize that we must study rural credit cooperatives that mainly provide production funds for agriculture. Only the healthy and stable development of rural credit cooperatives can provide a large amount of funds for agricultural products. Therefore, it is a key issue to study how to make credit cooperatives operate efficiently. Because of the system and environment, there are great risks in rural credit cooperatives, which seriously hinder their normal work, so it is necessary to conduct in-depth research on them, otherwise it will affect the efficiency of a credit cooperative and the reputation of the whole rural credit cooperative.

1.2 project content analysis

As a paid investment institution, rural credit cooperatives are playing this role-that is, changing the direct free investment of the original country into the indirect paid investment of rural credit cooperatives. However, due to unclear social orientation, imperfect management system, poor operating environment and special customers, rural credit cooperatives still have great operational risks in many aspects. The existence of various risks hinders rural credit cooperatives from playing their role in providing indirect paid investment. Only by solving the role of rural credit cooperatives can we solve the bottleneck problem of rural economic development. Credit risk is studied, and the risk problem of credit cooperatives is basically clarified. However, due to the lack of knowledge and theoretical system, it is impossible to conduct a complete analysis of all possible risks of credit cooperatives, and the research on environmental risks needs to be deepened, hoping to help the healthy development of credit cooperatives. This paper also analyzes the types and reasons of the operating risks of rural credit cooperatives, and studies the corresponding measures to prevent and resolve the risks of rural credit cooperatives, so as to help rural credit cooperatives better play their role in serving the countryside.

2 Literature review

Yang Debin's "Difficulties Faced by Rural Credit Cooperatives and Strategy Choice" and Liu Fuxin's "Investigation and Reflection on the System Reform of Rural Credit Cooperatives" specifically analyzed all kinds of business risks of rural credit cooperatives, and the reasons for their formation were also very complicated, which were the result of long-term interaction of many factors, both internal and external: they were the same as general financial institutions and had their own characteristics. According to the historical evolution and present situation of China's credit cooperatives, through the analysis of various operational risks, the causes of the risks of rural credit cooperatives are clarified. In order to deeply understand and understand the management risks of rural credit cooperatives, this paper refers to the basic writing ideas of the paper.

Fang Youyu's "Financial Risks and Countermeasures of Rural Credit Cooperatives" and Liu Fuxin's "Investigation and Reflection on the System Reform of Rural Credit Cooperatives" focus on the analysis and find that there are great risks in rural credit cooperatives. After comparing with foreign countries, we have already got the development goal and management direction. Therefore, after combining the modern characteristics of rural credit cooperatives, we should realize that what we should do now is to study how to solve the risk problems existing in rural credit cooperatives. The key to reduce the operational risks of rural credit cooperatives is to identify, prevent and control various operational risks as soon as possible. Therefore, it is necessary to put forward specific and effective risk prevention measures on the basis of analyzing the causes of credit cooperatives' risks, so as to reduce the losses of credit cooperatives. It provides a valuable reference for this paper to sort out financial risks and prevent and resolve countermeasures, which is convenient for the author to better integrate the knowledge points learned by the school. Based on my practical work in rural credit cooperatives for many years, this paper provides specific classic cases for the author in view of the characteristics of the understanding and dispersion of business risks in Liandu rural credit cooperatives, which makes the theory of this paper profound, concrete and realistic. 3 Research path
