This paper mainly expounds the advantages of suspension motion control system, and introduces the function, principle and design process of suspension motion control system. Suspension motion control system is one of the important applications in the field of control engineering, and its main goal is to detect the motion state of the controlled object, including path, speed and position. Compared with other control systems, the motion control system has the characteristics of simple system model, single detection algorithm and no complicated nonlinearity and coupling. It is precisely because the motion control system can achieve the precise control requirements of path, running speed, pointing accuracy and repetition accuracy, and has broad application prospects in various control projects, so the motion control system has become a very meaningful research direction in the application field of detection. Through the detection of step monitor by single chip microcomputer, the motor drives the object to move on the inclined board. The control part is mainly based on SST89E52 single chip microcomputer produced by SST company, which realizes the interaction with the user when it is merged with 1602LCD screen. By inputting different control commands through the keyboard, the LCD screen can display the set values and running coordinates. In the motor control part, LM324N four-way transmission input and automatic connection electronic components are adopted, and the 42BYG205 stepping monitoring drive circuit is developed to realize the precise control of the motor. Some algorithms will optimize the operating system suitable for single chip microcomputer system for many times, and reduce the computation of microprocessor. Actively completed the movement of the object and moved according to different set paths.
