Fang Zhenbang, doctor of business administration, professor and doctoral supervisor of China Renmin University. At present, he is the deputy director of the Research Center for Human Resources Development and Management of Renmin University of China, an expert in the evaluation center for leading cadres of the Central Organization Department, and a member of the National Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Senior Professional and Technical Position Evaluation Committee. The main research directions are: the development and management of human resources in enterprise organizations and public organizations, the evolution of management ideas, organizational behavior, strategic performance management, balanced scorecard theory and application, strategic salary management, organizational theory and organizational design, etc.

Nearly 100 empirical academic papers and professional papers have been published in academic journals and management magazines at home and abroad, including many works and translations such as Fundamentals of Management, Centennial Context of Management Thoughts, Strategic Human Resource Management, Strategy and Strategic Performance Management, National Civil Service System, and Labor Relations in Korea.
