1. 1 This project is a fatou residential area (Cuicheng) project in Beijing, located in shibalidian Township, east of Beijing.
1.2 The construction unit of this project is Zhu Zong Group Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., the contractor is Zhu Zong Group General Contracting Department, the design unit is Huatong Design Consulting Engineering Co., Ltd., the supervision unit is Beijing Founder Supervision Company, and the construction unit is Zhu Zong Group General Contracting Department.
1.3 The construction area of this project is15241.15m2, and the structural form is "full cast-in-place reinforced concrete frame shear wall". The total height of building BA2-BA6 is16.8m, with 6 floors on each floor.
2. General situation of construction power supply and distribution
2. 1 has 1 transformer with a capacity of 630kVA and a transformation ratio of 10/0.4kV, which is located in the southeast of the construction site. See the general plan for the specific location.
2.2 TN-S grounding protection system is adopted in the low-voltage power supply system of this project. Directly from the field transformer and distribution room (primary control) to each distribution box (secondary control).
2.3 The site is equipped with a fixed distribution box. See the system diagram for the specific configuration in the box and the general plan for the plane position.
2.4 The fire pump of this project adopts the socket switch in the transformer room.
2.5 The tertiary distribution box of each processing point is powered by each distribution box. A leakage protection switch is arranged in each distribution box and the third-level distribution box to form a third-level control secondary protection. The operating current of the leakage switch at each outlet of power supply equipment installed in the flow switch box should not be greater than 30mA, and the operating time should not be greater than 0.1s. The action current of the leakage protection switch in the distribution box should not be greater than 75mA, and the action time should not be greater than 0.1s. .
2.6 The field cables are all VV22 PVC insulated PVC sheathed armored cables, and the laying method is directly buried in soil. Cable specifications mainly include: vv22-3× 70+2× 35 vv22-3×185+2× 95 vv22-3×150+2× 95.
