More than 500 cases of coronary heart disease interventional diagnosis and treatment are carried out every year, which is one of the main operators of emergency interventional treatment and rescue for patients with acute myocardial infarction in Zhongshan Hospital. The research of intracoronary ultrasound and Doppler blood flow measurement is in the leading position in China. Responsible for research projects such as the National Natural Science Foundation, the Start-up Fund for Returned Overseas Students of the State Education Commission, and the Seven-Star Project of Shanghai Science and Technology Commission, and participate in the research of Shanghai's 11th Five-Year Plan, National 863 Plan, 973 subprojects and major projects. From 1996, the three-dimensional reconstruction voxel model of intracoronary ultrasound imaging was first developed in China, and from 1997, the research of intracoronary Doppler blood flow velocity measurement was first developed in China. During my work in the Department of Cardiology, Essen University Hospital, Germany, I mainly engaged in intravascular ultrasound and Doppler examination of coronary heart disease, and learned new technologies such as intracoronary laser angioplasty, high-frequency rotary grinding and percutaneous laser myocardial drilling. The research of intracoronary ultrasound, Doppler blood flow velocity measurement and microcirculation perfusion disorder is in the leading position in China. With the support of the Start-up Fund for Returned Overseas Students and the Fund for Young Backbone Teachers of the State Education Commission, the project of "Research on Ultrasonic Diagnosis Methodology of Coronary Heart Disease" won the third prize of Shanghai and the Ministry of Health 1999 (the second author), and the third prize of the Ministry of Health and Shanghai 1998 (the main participant) for "3D reconstruction of voxel model".
