Liang Tingbo is currently a member of the American Association of Surgeons (FACS) and the International Society of Liver Transplantation, a member of ihpba China Branch, a young member of the Surgery Branch of the Chinese Medical Association, a member and secretary of the Organ Transplantation Group of the Surgery Branch of the Chinese Medical Association, a member of the Pancreatic Cancer Professional Committee of the Chinese Anti-Cancer Association, a member of the Tumor Metastasis Professional Committee of the Chinese Anti-Cancer Association, a deputy director of the Organ Transplantation Branch of the Zhejiang Medical Association and a member of the Surgery Branch. He also serves as the editorial board of more than ten professional magazines such as HBPD INT, Chinese Journal of Surgery, Chinese Journal of Gastrointestinal Surgery, Chinese Journal of Hepatobiliary Surgery and China Journal of Practical Surgery, and is a member of the Clinical Medicine Sub-committee of the National Medical Postgraduate Education Steering Committee.

He used to be executive deputy director of hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine, deputy director of Zhejiang Key Laboratory of Pancreatic Diseases, deputy director of Zhejiang Center for Diagnosis and Treatment of Severe Pancreatic Diseases, and deputy director of Zhejiang Center for Clinical Technology of Hepatobiliary and Pancreatic Diseases. He has visited Queen Mary Hospital of Hong Kong University, University of Western Australia and Johns Hopkins Hospital of the United States. He has been engaged in hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery and liver transplantation for a long time, focusing on the clinical and basic research of hepatobiliary and pancreatic tumors, including tumor microenvironment, tumor immunity, precise tumor treatment and immunotherapy.
