3. Textbook fee: 500 yuan will be collected in advance, with more refunds and less supplements, and will be replenished upon graduation. Textbook fees will be distributed uniformly upon graduation.

4. Registration: freshmen register online by themselves, and the system automatically identifies themselves and judges whether the registration is successful or not.

5. Verification: the first trial of learning center, the second trial of Ao Peng and the final trial of Beihou University.

6. Course selection: For freshmen, the Open Learning Center will conduct collective course selection for students according to the school's starting plan for this semester.

Teaching and learning links:

1. Students conduct online self-study, submit homework, make an appointment for exams, etc. under the guidance of teachers. Through online courseware, guidance materials and distributed paper teaching materials. At the same time, you can participate in real-time or non-real-time counseling, answering questions and discussion through BBS, online on-demand and other forms.

2. Adopt credit system and flexible study time. Students can master the time and place of study independently.

3. Exemption conditions and handling: The exemption of the corresponding courses shall be handled in accordance with the relevant regulations of the Network Education College of Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications.

4. The proportion of homework in the total evaluation score: about 30% or 40% (except for special courses).
