Applicants are requested to fill in the materials as soon as possible, so as to avoid network congestion caused by centralized application in the later period, especially those whose files are in other places, and declare as soon as possible, so as to leave enough time for the preparation of follow-up materials.
2. After the personal information is submitted successfully, please wait patiently for the staff to conduct online preliminary examination. After passing the preliminary examination, you can choose the time of on-site examination, and print the Statement of Integrity, Notice of On-site Examination and Application Form for Beijing Intermediate Professional and Technical Qualification Evaluation. If the applicant modifies the declaration information before the staff review, it shall be deemed as canceling the submission of the declaration information. Therefore, please confirm the success of the submission before the deadline, and do not modify it after the deadline until the staff review it, otherwise the application information will be revoked.
3. According to the contents listed in the Material Requirements, the applicant will bring all the application materials to the Xijiao Hotel in Beijing (see annex) for qualification examination at the time of on-site examination selected by you.
4. Applicants who have passed the qualification examination will receive a payment notice message, and must pay the title evaluation fee * * * 500 yuan within the time specified in the notice through the online registration platform. Please fill in the correct contact information to keep the mobile phone communication smooth. On the day of defense, the invoice will be distributed to the applicant on the spot, and please pay attention to signing at that time.
The professional title evaluation fee of this jury is only collected through online payment. After the applicant receives the payment notice, please log in to the online declaration system, click "My Declaration Status"-"Online Payment" to enter the bank payment interface, and make online payment directly according to the interface prompts and requirements. If the banking system displays "Payment Successful", it proves that you have successfully paid the title evaluation fee. Due to the influence of the banking cycle, if you pay online successfully, the "online declaration system" prompts that "your professional title evaluation fee has not been paid online successfully". Please check again on the working day after 24 hours, and remember not to pay twice. Those who have passed the qualification examination but have not made online payment shall be declared invalid.
5. The defense time is expected to be 20 1 5 10/October 24-10/01,and applicants can apply at1October 20/kloc-0. On the day of the defense, the applicant must hold valid identity documents and attend the defense at the specified time, place and requirements.
6. The evaluation results will be publicized 1-2 months after the evaluation, and the publicity period is 15 days. Applicants can log on to the column of "Information Disclosure"-"Personnel Information"-"Agricultural Vocational Qualification Evaluation" on the website of Beijing Agriculture Bureau.
7. After the publicity period, the applicant can log on to the website of Beijing Agriculture Bureau to inquire about the certificate collection arrangement. After receiving the archival materials and certificates, the personnel shall go through the filing formalities in the archives keeping department of themselves in time.
Third, the material requirements
During the on-site audit, the applicant shall submit the following materials:

Those who meet the requirements for exemption of professional titles in foreign languages and computer application level shall fill in "exemption" at the corresponding "grade" or "certificate number" and indicate the reasons for exemption at the "supplementary explanation of personal information".
4. The item "Continuing Education" cannot be empty.
5. "Work experience" must be filled in chronological order from morning till night, but the last work experience must be the current employment information.
6 "professional and technical work" must fill in at least three items, and each item is prohibited from copying or copying.
7. When filling in "Professional Award-winning/Patent Obtaining/Standard Setting", please fill in the achievements related to the declared major, and don't confuse the name with the project content. The name should be xxxx Award, invention patent or utility model patent, national standard or industry standard or local standard, etc. The content of the project should be the name of the project that has achieved the above results, such as "Name" is xxxx Award of Beijing Agricultural Technology Popularization, and "Project Content" is xxxx Key Technology Research and Investigation. The ranking, time, awarding unit and other contents must be consistent with the certificates held.
8. When filling in "published papers/works/translated works", please fill in the papers or works related to the declared major. The name, issue number, publishing unit, independent or cooperative writing and ranking of the publication should be complete-
9. Don't fill in the "personal supplementary explanation" such as work experience.
10. The applicant shall sign in the "Personal Application" column of each application form with a blue-black or black pen or signature pen.
1 1. The work unit and the personnel file management unit shall sign their opinions in the corresponding "audit opinion column" and affix their official seals (signature of the manager is required). In addition, the personnel file management unit should stamp the riding seal on the photo of the declaration form and the right side of the declaration form (the riding seal means that the right side of each page of the declaration form is staggered by about 5mm).

If the paper cannot produce the original periodical, it can submit the printed version of the paper included in the database and affix the official seal of the unit.
(6) The professional and technical personnel affiliated to the central unit in Beijing shall apply for the Beijing professional and technical qualification evaluation, subject to the consent of the unit where they work, and opinions shall be issued by the personnel and vocational reform departments at the higher level (ministerial level). The power of attorney shall include the following contents: (1) The entrusting unit is "Beijing Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security", (2) The applicant's information and entrusted matters are stated in the text, and (3) the name of the unit is written down.
Please put the above materials into the material bag in turn, one for each person, and the material bag should be firm and undamaged. Paste the "Application Material Catalogue Table" on the cover of the material bag (the system will automatically generate the "Application Material Catalogue Table" after the information is submitted successfully), and truthfully fill in the content and quantity of the submitted materials.

The application paper for intermediate professional and technical qualifications is one of the important reference bases for experts to evaluate applicants. The paper submitted by the applicant should reflect the understanding and application of professional technical theories and methods, and to some extent reflect the ability to find, analyze and solve problems in practical work. In order to make experts understand the applicant's professional and technical level more accurately and comprehensively, the applicant should pay attention to the following writing requirements when writing a thesis:
1, basic requirements
(1) written independently
Applicants can submit papers written specifically for applying for professional and technical qualification evaluation, or they can use papers published in commercial and technical journals, but they must write independently by themselves, and may not cooperate with others, copy, piece together or even ask others to write on their behalf. Publicity report, conference speech, briefing, information introduction, research report, project report, teaching materials, graduation thesis, translation, work plan, articles of association, transactional and operational methods and specific work plans, etc. , not included in the scope of the report. The thesis should be a complete and independent article, not an abstract or some chapters.
(2) Professional consistency
The professional content of the thesis submitted by the applicant must be consistent with the professional category declared by me, and must also be consistent with the major I am currently working in.
(3) The content theme is to explain personal work achievements.
Writing a paper should integrate theory with practice, have certain original opinions and have specific and detailed material basis. The paper should reflect the experience accumulated by the applicant in the work, the ability to analyze and solve problems, and have a certain theoretical literacy and technical level. This paper focuses on the process of finding, analyzing and solving complex problems or the application and innovation of new technologies.
(4) Time limit requirements
The content of the paper submitted by the applicant is mainly based on the professional and technical achievements obtained in the past five years, and the paper must be written after taking part in the work.
2. Writing requirements
(1) The text of the paper is about 3000 words, and the abstract is between 400 and 500 words;
(2) The text and data cited in the paper should be indicated, and the original author, original article name, page number and date should be indicated in the reference list;
(3) The table cited in the paper should indicate the original author, original article name, page number and date at the bottom of the table;
(4) The application documents must be printed (double-sided) on A4 paper and bound in the order of items in the writing format.

The paper should include: cover (including title, author's name, author's unit and subject direction); Abstract; Keywords; Catalogue; Introduction (explaining the research background, motivation, significance and purpose); The main body of the paper; Conclusions and recommendations; References (corresponding to the notes in the text); Appendix part (including important data and materials related to the paper that are not used in the main body part but only partially used). 4. When writing a thesis, avoid the following phenomena.
(1) The topic of the paper is too big, and the paper does not combine with its own work practice, but only discusses some viewpoints and problems in general, or tells some well-known truths;
(2) The paper mainly introduces some new knowledge, new concepts and new methods that I have come into contact with, lacking personal practice and in-depth research on related issues;
(3) The paper is written as a work summary, which simply lists the work items for several years;
(4) Plagiarizing and piecing together articles in textbooks, newspapers or other people's works into an article, in which no personal practical achievements and opinions can be seen;
(5) The paper lacks timeliness, and the knowledge, theory, technology and data involved in the paper have been updated and replaced, which is no longer of reference value and cannot explain or apply the new situation and new problems in the current industry development.
