From May, 65438 to May, 1995, he went to the United States for further study, and did postdoctoral research in the Department of Cardiology, Brooklyn Medical Center, State University of new york, and the Department of Cardiology, Birmingham Medical Center, University of Alabama, USA. Participated in the large-scale research project "Prediction and Prevention of Sudden Cardiac Death" in the United States, and served as the project leader of "Study on Mechanism of Ventricular Arrhythmia during Acute Myocardial Ischemia". His research results have been reported at many international conferences and many papers have been published. At the end of 1998, he was invited to cooperate with the Department of Cardiology, Taxes Heart Institute, USA, to study the electrophysiological function of transplanted embryonic myocardial cells.

After returning to China from 65438 to 0999, he served as professor of cardiology, director of clinical electrophysiology laboratory and director of arrhythmia diagnosis and treatment center in Fuwai Hospital of China Academy of Medical Sciences. This center is the largest interventional therapy center for arrhythmia in China and even in the world. In 2005, the annual operation volume of interventional therapy for arrhythmia in this center reached 1.200 cases. At present, it has undertaken eight national, ministerial and international multi-center cooperation projects, including the Tenth Five-Year Plan, the National Natural Science Foundation and key discipline projects of the Ministry of Health. At the same time, as a doctoral supervisor, I undertook the guidance of doctoral students and master students in this research room. Its research project "Clinical application of cardiac pacing and ICD to prevent fatal arrhythmia" and "Basic and clinical atrial fibrillation" won the second prize of national scientific and technological progress in 2003 and 2004 respectively. At present, more than 80 papers have been published.

Professor cutie has been engaged in clinical and scientific research work in cardiology and arrhythmia for many years, and there are more than 0/000 cases of arrhythmia interventional surgery/kloc-0. He is a well-known arrhythmia expert in China. He is currently the deputy director and academic secretary of the ECG and Pacing Branch of the Chinese Medical Association, the head of the cardiac pacing professional group of the ECG and Pacing Branch of the Chinese Medical Association, the director of the ECG and Pacing Specialist Training Center of the Chinese Medical Association, and an expert of the Medical Accident Appraisal Committee of the Chinese Medical Association. He is also a member of the professional committee of cardiac pacing of China Biomedical Engineering Society, the editor-in-chief of Chinese edition of American Journal of Cardiovascular Electrophysiology (JCE), the standing editorial board of China Arrhythmia Magazine and the standing editorial board of China Circulation Magazine.
