It is filled with rocky loess and becomes a solid ancient pagoda. The tower is 23.8 meters high and divided into seven floors. The perimeter of the bottom floor is 28.2 meters, and the diameter of the tower foundation is about 3.4 meters, which is octagonal. The tower surface is weathered and covered with moss, and the color of the cloth is black, so it is also called "black tower". The tower was built in the 22nd year of Jiaqing in Qing Dynasty (18 17).
