(4) After graduating from college and obtaining the assistant qualification, the professional and technical working experience is adjusted from 5 years to more than 4 years; Those who have not obtained the assistant qualification have been engaged in professional and technical work for more than 8 years;

(five) graduated from technical secondary school, no longer subject to the provisions of "graduated from technical secondary school and engaged in professional and technical work for more than 20 years, including more than 5 years of assistant work".
