He has been engaged in coal mining technology and production management for many years, and has done a lot of work in the research and application of new mining technologies and achieved many results. Published more than 30 papers in domestic journals. The main paper "Layout System of Fully Mechanized Roadway in Gently Inclined Coal Seam in Pingdingshan Mining Area and Its Main Parameters and Optimization" was published in Coal Science and Technology,No. 1985,No.1. The direct index system and its software of mine excavation balance inspection were published in Journal of China University of Mining and Technology No.4, 1996. "Development and application of complete software for mining engineering" won the third prize of scientific and technological achievements of the Ministry of Coal, and won three achievements above the provincial level. He used to be a member of China Rock Mechanics Soft Rock Professional Committee and Coal Economic Research Association, presided over and participated in more than 3,080 scientific and technological projects and research topics, among which he won the provincial and ministerial special prize, the second and third prize and 49 Pingdingshan Coal Industry Group and municipal awards. He has published more than 60 academic papers in domestic and foreign journals and co-authored books such as Mining Information and Computer Application.

He was hired as a registered safety engineer of the State Administration of Coal Mine Safety, an adjunct professor of Henan Polytechnic University, a visiting professor of Pingdingshan Industrial Vocational and Technical College, and a director of China Young Entrepreneurs Association. He has won the honors of "Top Ten Mine Managers", Sun Science and Technology Award, outstanding young scientific and technological experts in Henan Province, top ten scientific and technological news figures, "May 1st Labor Medal" in Pingdingshan, top ten outstanding young people and outstanding party member.
