1. First, use word20 13 software to open the edited document.

2. In the menu bar above, click the Page Layout option.

3. Click the small arrow in the lower right corner of the page setup.

4. Click "Margins" in the pop-up dialog box.

5. In the margin, find the "binding line" option, and the red box in the figure is the setting content of the binding line.

6. After setting the binding line to "1cm", click OK.

7. When you return to the main editing interface, you can find that there is obvious deviation on the left side of the document, thus setting the binding line.
