Abstract: Under the background of globalization, English has become the mainstream of second language acquisition. The particularity of language learning and the popularity of the word "window period" have greatly promoted the enthusiasm of children's English teaching. Children's English teaching has entered thousands of households, and the strong market demand has expanded the learning materials, teaching institutions and research investment of children's teaching, but it has also brought unprecedented problems and challenges.
In view of the variety of teaching materials, different pre-school educational institutions and different teaching methods; Combined with the policy, after deeply understanding the current situation of English teaching for young children in China, several common teaching models and methods are summarized.
