Gu Xiulin, male, born in Jiaxing, Zhejiang Province, is a doctor of education, a postdoctoral teacher at the School of Education of Suzhou University, a researcher at the Private Education Research Center of Suzhou University, an executive director of the Academic Committee of Modern Education Management of China Education Development Strategy Society, an executive director of the Education Management Branch of Jiangsu Education Society, a part-time master tutor at China-Mongolia International United University (CMU), and a member of the editorial board of Progress of Education Science in China.
The main research directions are qualitative research methodology, macro education policy analysis and private school governance. He has published more than ten papers in SSCI and CSSCI core journals such as Frontier of Psychology, Research on Educational Development, China Journal of Pedagogy and Research on Teacher Education. Many papers were reprinted by the National People's Congress, and participated in major research projects of philosophy and social sciences of the Ministry of Education and national educational science planning.
