Which China dinosaurs lived in the late Jurassic?
Sinraptor, China Raptor

Sinoraptor (common name: Sinraptor) is a theropod dinosaur, which lived in the late Jurassic. Despite the word "pink dragon" in its name, China pink dragon is not closely related to Chironomidae dinosaurs (such as Raptors).

There are three kinds of raptors in China: Yongchuanlong, Zhongspinosaurus and Mamenxilong.

Yongchuanlong Yangchuanlong

Yongchuanlong (scientific name: Yangchuanlong) is a post-Jurassic theropod dinosaur living in China, which was found in the upper part of Shaximiao Formation. It was a large local predator at that time, and its appearance and size were similar to those of Allosaurus in contemporary North America. Besides Yongchuan Dragon, there are Emei Dragon and Mamenxilong at the foot of sauropods, Jialing Dragon, Tuojiang Dragon and Chongqing Dragon at the foot of Stegosaurus.

Spinosaurus spinosus

Acanthosaurus (scientific name) is a dinosaur belonging to the family Acanthosauridae, which lived in England in the middle Jurassic. Spinosaurus ate other dinosaurs of its time, such as Ceratosaurus and other small herbivorous dinosaurs. The scientific name of Middle Spinosaurus is because its spine is higher than that of ordinary carnivorous dinosaurs (just like Allosaurus), but shorter than that of High Spinosaurus.

Mamen dinosaur is a genus of dinosaurs. Living in the Late Jurassic Teton, about 65.438+0.5 billion years ago to 65.438+0.4 billion years ago, it was widely distributed in East Asia. It belongs to Mammoths at the foot of sauropods.

The genus Mamenxilong has the following species:

Pterosaur around the river

China discovered the earliest pterodactyl (Late Jurassic) and the largest pterodactyl (wingspan 2m). The pterodactyl fossil 1978 around the Yangtze River was excavated in the east bank of the Yangtze River in Sanshilipu Township, Qingcheng County in May 2008. Because it was excavated on the river bank around the river, it was called "pterosaur around the river".

Good at climbing birds and dragons (common name: Scansoriopteryx)

Living in the middle and late Jurassic

It means "wing climbing", which is a kind of hand-stolen dinosaur. They have unique adaptive evolution characteristics and live a arboreal life. At present, only a small individual fossil has been found in Liaoning Province, China.

Pedopodina (generic name: Pedopenna) belongs to Karlofian stage of late Jurassic. It is a small, feathered hand-stolen dinosaur, and its fossils are found in the Daohugou Fossil Layer in China. Foot feather dragon may be older than archaeopteryx, although the geological age of Daohugou fossil layer has not yet been determined.

Yao Long (common name: Epidexipteryx), which means "showing off feathers", is a small hand-stolen dinosaur. The fossil was found in the Daohugou Fossil Layer in Ningcheng County, Inner Mongolia, China, in the middle or late Jurassic period, about 654.38+68 million years ago to 654.38+52 million years ago.
