This financial crisis is a huge disaster for the world. Due to the development of economic globalization, China is naturally not immune. Under this background, it has become an urgent problem to study the causes of the crisis and prevent it.

Based on the existing research literature and descriptive research, this paper describes and explains some practices and theories in crisis research, and discusses the essence of the phenomenon.

This crisis is the result of the combined effects of American-model market economy therapy ideology, neo-liberal ideology, distorted international monetary system and lack of supervision.

The crisis is getting worse and worse. Under the global economic slowdown, it is particularly urgent and important to take corresponding strategies to deal with various negative effects brought by the crisis from the root causes.
