Resume of He Qingkui
Gao Xiumin, a famous actor, and He Qingkui, a screenwriter, used to be a golden couple in the entertainment circle. They create and perform together, which is very tacit. From the sketch stage to the film and television drama, they created many classic works together. Essays such as Password, Happy New Year, Kidnapper, and Car Selling all made the audience laugh, and TV series such as Liu Laogen and Shui Sheng Lakeside made their career reach its peak.

He Qingkui and Gao Xiumin are both Fuyu people in Jilin. They once performed in an art troupe. Later, Gao Xiumin became the head of the county troupe, while He Qingkui sold vegetables in the market. Gao Xiumin met He Qingkui while shopping, thinking that he could write plays, so he took him to the troupe and became a full-time screenwriter in Gao Xiumin. The long-term relationship has created feelings for them. Gao Xiumin chose to divorce her ex-husband and stay with He Qingkui. He Qingkui also filed a divorce with his wife many times, but his wife refused.

Although his wife refused to divorce, He Qingkui left home. He said to his son, "Only Gao Xiumin can make me successful, and I will come back when my father succeeds." After Gao Xiumin and He Qingkui resigned from the troupe, they became independent actors and their careers became better and better. Gao Xiumin soon became a household name star, and He Qingkui became a well-known screenwriter. They entered the life of the upper class.

Gao Xiumin's performance fee, film pay and endorsement fee are all rising, and his income is much higher than that of He Qingkui. After Gao Xiumin became famous, he bought luxury houses in Changchun, Zhuhai and Beijing. The houses have been re-inspected. The area is large and the decoration is luxurious. However, this luxurious life did not last long. In 2005, Gao Xiumin died of a heart attack. Because he was not registered in Gao Qingkui Xiumin, Gao Xiumin's legacy was inherited by her only daughter Li Xuan.

Li Xuan, a graduate of Beijing Theatre Academy, once played Han Erqin in Shengshui Lake. After her mother died, she married Liu Dawei, an actor of the People's Liberation Army Drama Troupe, and lived in the house that Gao Xiumin bought for her daughter before her death. Later, the couple bought a luxury villa in Beijing.

This is the exterior of Gao Xiumin's daughter's mansion. This European villa is also valuable in Beijing, where the land is precious and the yard is shaded by trees.

This is the interior of the house. The house is not spacious and bright, and the decoration is luxurious. Below the photo is a group photo of son-in-law Liu Dawei, famous actor Li and others at the dinner table. Li is also from Changchun and has a good relationship with Mr. and Mrs. Liu Dawei.

Compared with Gao Xiumin's daughter, He Qingkui is much poorer. Since the death of Gao Xiumin, He Qingkui's career has plummeted. He returned to his hometown Songyuan to live with his son. His daughter-in-law, He Shucheng, was heavily in debt and mortgaged He Qingkui's house. He Qingkui's later life was also very bleak.

This is He Qingkui's home in Songyuan. From the photos, the space in the house is relatively narrow, which is much worse than the big house with the second interview structure where she lived with Gao Xiumin before, and the gap is even bigger than that of Gao Xiumin's daughter's house.
