Extended data

Qinglong Mountain is bounded by peaks, and there used to be a large Buddhist temple on both sides. On the west side of the mountain, the flat place is Yan Ancient Temple, commonly known as Si Xia, because it is at the foot of the mountain. There are three palaces in the temple. There are "My Buddha in the West" and eighteen arhats carved in the Hall of the Great Hero. Ten strict kings in the side hall and four French kings in the front hall. The image is majestic and exquisite.

Outside the gate of Si Xia Temple is a famous stage, made of stone, with a spacious corridor and a magnificent roof. It is an important performance place for Pingju and Luanzhou movies. Every year, there are grand performances in Tomb-Sweeping Day, Chaoshan Temple Fair, Lv Zu Christmas on April 18 and Xia Yuan Festival on April 10/5, which are watched by thousands of people every time. In front of Yan Ancient Temple, there is an ancient "living fossil" plant Gongsun Tree, commonly known as Ginkgo biloba. The tree is 25 meters high and 8.50 meters in circumference. Only a few people can hold it.

The tree is very strange. Eight trunks are like eight dragons, coming from outer space. Even the branches left under actually look up at the sky like dragons, which is commonly known as "Kowloon pilgrimage". This tree was transplanted by southern monks and is over 800 years old.
