The Decision of the Gansu Provincial People's Government on Abolishing 39 government regulations such as the Measures for Regional Tests and Production Tests of Crop Varieties in Gansu Province has been discussed and passed at the 40th executive meeting of the provincial people's government on April 29, 2004, and is hereby promulgated.

According to "People's Republic of China (PRC) Administrative Licensing Law" and other relevant laws and regulations, the provincial government cleaned up the government regulations formulated by our province. Adopted at the 40th executive meeting of the provincial government on April 29th, 2004, it was decided to abolish 39 government regulations whose main contents were in conflict with the Administrative Licensing Law and other laws and regulations, and the administrative licensing items set in them were cancelled accordingly as of July 6th, 2004.
