Now, I will make a report on the work in the past three years for your reference.

I. Performing duties

From August 2000 to now, I have experienced three stages of work. The first stage is in the office, the second stage is in the assessment office, and the third stage is in the program-controlled computer room.

When I first arrived at the company, the office was building an office automation network. As an undergraduate who just graduated from university, I was arranged to participate in this work. According to the work deployment of provincial companies, the construction of office network is divided into three steps, one is the networking of office network, the other is the installation and debugging of office network clients and the training of office automation software, and the third is the maintenance of office network and long-term maintenance of clients. I am mainly responsible for the last two steps. During my work, in order to enter the company and serve the company faster and better, I actively study and work hard, and strive to do my work better seriously, and at the same time actively complete other tasks assigned by my superiors.

In March, 20001year, after I was familiar with all aspects of the office and was competent for the work, I was transferred to the assessment office with the establishment of the assessment office and the urgent need of the assessment work, and completed the assessment work of the company independently under the leadership of the director, and achieved certain results. First, this is a work involving a wide range and complicated operation. I make a fair and just evaluation with a serious and responsible attitude. Second, while conducting the assessment, we should deeply understand all the links involved in the work and actively put forward reasonable assessment methods to make the assessment more and more perfect.

While I am engaged in management, I deeply realize that as a member of the communication industry, ignorance of technology means that illiterate people in the industry can't do their work better without scientific basis when doing management. Therefore, the development zone sub-bureau started construction last year. At the same time, I actively responded to the call of organizing learning technology and spontaneously applied to work in the computer room. Since the computer room was just built, I began to follow the work, and I completely mastered every process of the computer room from scratch. My efforts benefited me a lot in my later work. I am mainly responsible for the office data and technical support of EWSD switch, as well as the daily maintenance of Huawei CC08 128 modular switch. At work, as a professional technician, I do my job well in the spirit of hard work and serious responsibility, study hard to improve my technical level, and actively check the operation of the equipment to ensure the stable operation of the switch. The biggest advantage of EWSD switch mode of Siemens in Germany is its stable and reliable operation, but it also has the disadvantage that OMT is not intuitive. Because it is an English platform, the operation is not flexible enough, which brings certain difficulties to maintenance. In view of this feature, I focus on professional English in my daily maintenance work. After I have mastered the overall operation of the model and the structural function of the single board, I have systematically studied and practiced the operation platform of the maintenance terminal, which greatly improved my technical level and enabled me to judge, locate and coordinate troubleshooting in a short time. As a gateway, its importance is obvious. As a technical support staff of gateway bureau, I have a great responsibility. Without excellent skills and good quality, I can't do my job well and I can't do my job better. The most important thing for gateway offices is inter-network billing and interconnection. EWSD 15 version of inter-network billing and online billing, as well as perfect routing performance and network management control performance, provide an effective guarantee for inter-network billing and inter-network interconnection. I have systematically studied and practiced the above aspects. So far, I have skillfully completed a series of follow-up work, such as the opening and operation of Unicom CDMA 133 and mobile MSC2 offices and telecommunications, inter-network billing, interconnection and so on. With the more and more work of the customs office, I think my technical level will be improved day by day and my work will be better.

II. Training and learning

Nowadays, technological innovation is changing with each passing day. I deeply realize that knowledge is updated too fast today. As a technician, you will fall behind if you don't make progress, and you will be eliminated if you don't study. In order to finish our work better, we must keep learning and strive to improve our technical level and working ability. In the past three years, I have made a lot of efforts to learn by myself and increase new knowledge, and I have made some achievements.

In 2000, I participated in the two-week office automation technical training organized by the provincial company, and also participated in the five-day router technical training, and mastered some knowledge of office automation software, network networking and network terminal maintenance, which made me handy in the later office automation work and carried out the work smoothly. In February of the same year, with the promulgation and implementation of telecommunications regulations, I was assigned by the company to attend the 10-day training course on telecommunications regulations organized by the Ministry of Information Industry, to prepare for popularizing telecommunications regulations in the company, and to systematically study telecommunications regulations, which enhanced my understanding of telecommunications regulations and was of great help to my future work. Last June, 5438+10, I participated in the two-month EWSD intermediate operation and maintenance training organized by BISC company, which enabled me to have a systematic and in-depth professional study and computer practice on EWSD. In these two months of hard work, I have a comprehensive understanding of program-controlled switching, which enables me to be well qualified for the following work and gradually do better.

In my spare time, I can use technology to get more information and update my knowledge faster. I mainly take two methods, one is to charge the computer, and the other is to learn from the sea of books and speed up the possession of new knowledge.

Three. Existing problems and future efforts

Looking back on my own problems, I think there are two main points. "First, as a technical support person, my professional knowledge is not comprehensive enough, and I need to learn to better serve the enterprise. Second, I am still very young, and I haven't been in our company for a long time, and I still lack many aspects. I hope everyone will criticize and correct me.

What to do in the future, I think, must not live up to everyone's trust and expectations, and must strive to achieve the following three points:

1, strict requirements, serious and responsible to do their own job.

2, study hard, improve the quality, improve the technical level, improve the working ability, strive to innovate, and contribute to the development of enterprises.
