CPPCC county team members and CPPCC county party members are two different concepts. The members of the county CPPCC team refer to the leadership team of the county CPPCC organs, which usually includes the chairman, vice-chairman and other members of related positions. They are the core management team of CPPCC, responsible for organizing and coordinating the work of CPPCC. The members of the leadership team of county CPPCC refer to the members who have party member status in CPPCC. Party members are generally recommended or appointed by party organizations. They not only perform the duties of CPPCC in their work in CPPCC County, but also undertake the obligations and responsibilities of party member. Therefore, the members of the county CPPCC team may include some non-party member personnel, while the members of the county CPPCC party group refer to the members who have both CPPCC positions and party member status in the county CPPCC.
