Li Yajun: Male, Han nationality, born in 1970, native of Wuding County, Yunnan Province, party member, associate professor. 1993 graduated from the Department of Political Education of Yunnan Normal University with a bachelor's degree in philosophy. In July 2003, he graduated from the postgraduate class of Marxist philosophy of the Central Party School.

Since my work, I have served as the chairman of the three-point trade union of the school, the organizer of the organization department of the school party Committee, and the deputy director of the organization department of the party Committee (United Front Work Department). From April 2006 to June 2007, he served as the deputy director of the Third Division of the Organization Department of Yunnan Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China, and in June 2007, he served as the party secretary of the School of Business Administration of Yunnan University of Finance and Economics.

Zhang Qiang: Male, Han nationality, born in June, 1970, 165438, from Tengchong County, Yunnan Province, Ph.D., professor, currently vice president of the School of Business Administration. 1992, graduated from School of Management, Yunnan University with a bachelor's degree; 1995, graduated from Yunnan University for Nationalities, majoring in ethnic economic management; , get a master's degree in economics; 1995- 1999, staying on as a teacher. 1997 obtained the title of lecturer; 1999-2002, graduated from Southwestern University of Finance and Economics with a doctorate in management. In August, 20001year, he was promoted to the title of associate professor, and served as a master tutor of enterprise management in that year. The research direction is small and medium-sized enterprise management and strategic management. During my PhD, my research direction was the development and reform of China family business. Completed the doctoral thesis "Employment Mode of Family Enterprises in China: An Investigation from the Perspective of Trust". In recent years, a total of 9 academic papers/kloc-0 have been published. Born in 1949, graduated from Southwest Jiaotong University. Received a bachelor's degree in philosophy and a bachelor's degree in economics at 1980- 1982. He was selected by the school to study in the double master's program of management science and computer science jointly organized by wharton school and Shanghai Jiaotong University. He has studied in famous universities in New Zealand, Britain and the United States four times. He has published more than 50 papers in professional journals such as China Industrial Economy and Exploration of Economic Problems, edited 5 textbooks, presided over 7 provincial and ministerial topics and translated 3 works. Now he is mainly engaged in management, strategic management, marketing teaching and scientific research. He has served as the director of the marketing teaching and research section of the Department of Business Economics of Yunnan University of Finance and Trade, the deputy director of the Department of Business Administration, and the executive vice president and dean of the School of Business Administration. The main research fields are: marketing management, strategic management and small and medium-sized enterprise management.
