Zhang Yanfang, born in June, 1972 165438, is from Yantai, Shandong. 1995 graduated from the Law Department of Liaoning University, majoring in economic law. 1999 graduated from the Law Department of Hunan University of Finance and Economics with a master's degree in economic law. His research direction is creditor's rights law, and his tutor is Professor Liu Dinghua. In 2002, he graduated from the Institute of Law of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, majoring in civil and commercial law, with a doctor of law, and his research direction is creditor's rights law. His tutor is a researcher in Liang Huixing.
