Civilian cadres have no ranks.
According to the regulations, civilian cadres are not awarded ranks, do not need uniform uniforms, and only wear uniform badges. The back of the badge is printed with the words "China People's Liberation Army civilian cadre badge symbol". The badge is designed and issued by the General Logistics Department of China People's Liberation Army. 1 April 1992 1 day, the Central Military Commission decided that from1May 19921day, civilian cadres of the whole army will be distributed with the same standard clothes as active officers, wearing civilian cadres' epaulettes and badges.
