Xue was born in a mountain village in Fangcheng County, Henan Province, and studied hard since childhood. After graduating from high school, I went to work in Zhengzhou and then went to Henan University for further study. After graduation, he engaged in photography and served as the legal channel of Henan TV station and the new rural channel of Henan. Because I often record programs for the provincial Federation of Literary and Art Circles and artists from all walks of life, I am deeply influenced and obsessed with painting and calligraphy. Later, he gradually moved towards the cause of painting and calligraphy collection.

During his painting and calligraphy career, Xue met two teachers. Influenced by his respect for teachers, he was hired as honorary dean by China Yiyang Painting and Calligraphy Institute in 2006. In 2009, he was hired as the Secretary-General of Henan Branch of China Calligraphy and Painting Research Association, and later as the honorary president of Shaobi Calligraphy by Wang Lingxian, and the vice-chairman and secretary-general of Shaobi Calligraphy Committee of the World Association of Painters and Calligraphers.
