Rao's achievements and honors
Rao Guo Liang studied in a private school when he was a child. At the age of thirteen, I can read the history of classics and write poems.

1903 entered the county high school and often discussed with his classmates the corrupt rule of the Qing government and the truth of saving the country and the people.

1907, studied at Jiangjin sericulture college and then transferred to Chengdu to study. It coincided with the enrollment of Sichuan army Mimu team, so he abandoned literature and joined the army. Later, he was promoted to the Sichuan Army crash school and accepted Sun Yat-sen's bourgeois-democratic revolution.

1908, Huang Xing introduced him to the League and actively engaged in anti-Qing activities.

1909 Served as a trainee officer of Sichuan New Army. Soon, he left his job and went to Chongqing, where he was transferred to Fengtian via Kunming.

19 10, as a lecturer in Shenyang Jiangwu Hall. Later, he left his job and went to Shanghai to be the inspector of China College. Together with Dan Mao Xin and other revolutionaries, he planned an armed uprising and delivered ordnance. In August of that year, he returned to Kunming and actively carried out publicity activities in Yunnan to develop the organization of the delegation.

19 1 1 February, entrusted by Huang Xing, he frequently traveled between Guangdong and Hong Kong to contact communist party and brought money and ordnance with him. On April 27th of the same year, he participated in the Guangzhou Uprising and led the "vanguard" to attack the Governor's yamen. Later, he was chased by the Qing army in the breakout, injured his arm in the fierce battle, and was captured by the Qing army. Fearless in the face of trial, he angrily denounced the dark rule and treason of the Qing dynasty and wrote a "suicide note" that spread all over the world. On April 30, he was killed by the Qing army and his body was buried in Huanghuagang, Guangzhou.

1In July, 1986, Dazu County People's Government built the Raoguoliang Martyrs Monument in Beishan.
