Shijiazhuang Vocational College of Science and Technology Information (Shijiazhuang Vocational and Technical College &; Information (hereinafter referred to as Shijiazhuang Kexin College) is a provincial full-time university with the qualification of independently issuing higher education diplomas, which focuses on medicine, electronic information, electromechanical and other disciplines, and the coordinated development of engineering, science, medicine, economics and management, art design and other disciplines. It is a demonstration base for innovation incubation of small and medium-sized enterprises in Shijiazhuang. The school is located in Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province, with the existing Party Secretary and Dean Liang. The school motto is "virtuous, knowledgeable, self-reliant and realistic".

Shijiazhuang Vocational College of Science and Technology Information, formerly known as Shijiazhuang Changan Medical College, was founded in 1987. 1997 was approved by the provincial education department as the second-level college of Hebei Radio and TV University, and 200/kloc-0 was established as the second-level college of Hebei Radio and TV University with the approval of the Hebei provincial government. Approved by the Ministry of Education in 2003, Shijiazhuang Changan Medical College was upgraded to Shijiazhuang Huaan Vocational College. In 2004, Shijiazhuang Huaan Vocational College was renamed Shijiazhuang Science and Technology Information Vocational College.
