What does it mean to manually set the nozzle temperature percentage of injection molding machine? Make it clear Tell me! thank you
The concept of nozzle temperature percentage refers to the percentage of full voltage AC220V V V. According to the thermal power calculation formula: thermal power (W)= voltage (V)* current (A)= square of voltage/resistance of heating coil (ohm), and the resistance of heating coil is certain, so thermal power = square of percentage * maximum power. For example, the power of the electric heating coil is 300 W/AC 220 V. When the percentage is 80%, the voltage value is 176V, and the power becomes 0.64 * 300 W =192 W. When the heating and heat dissipation reach a balance, it will be stable in a temperature range. This is called constant temperature control. The biggest advantage is that the nozzle is always electrified and heated.
