① College degree or above: 18-25 years old;

Master degree or above: under 27 years old;

③ Mature flight attendant: flying for more than 800 hours, under the age of 30.

Undergraduate graduates and previous graduates, regardless of major.

1. English major

Obtain the certificate of TEM-4 (inclusive) or above;

2. Minor language major

Have passed CET-4 (above 425) and have one of the following certificates:

(1) Russian major level 4 (inclusive);

② Korean level 5 or above;

(3) Level N2 or above in Japanese International Proficiency Test;

(4) French major level 4 or above;

(5) CET-4 or above in German major;

⑥ Other languages have the highest professional level in China.

3. Non-foreign language majors

Have one of the following certificates:

① Pass CET-6 (above 425);

(2) Intermediate business English (inclusive) or above;

(3) TOEIC scores above 600;

4 TOEFL score above 60;

(5) IELTS 6 or above, or listening and speaking 6 or above;

⑥ Have more than 1 year overseas study experience (must be certified by the Foreign Academic Degree Certification Center of the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education).

4. Preferential policies for flight attendants of foreign language special students

1) According to the level of oral English test, give free training or provide tickets for registration and other benefits;

2) Give priority to training international routes, and give priority to flying more than 20 international routes;

3) Extra-long language flights are preferred;

4) Select the best to be included in the crew reserve management team, and conduct training from both technical and management channels.
