First of all, the user name of Zhaopin cannot be changed. The user name is the full name of the e-mail address filled in by the user when registering, and cannot be changed. If you want to modify the user name, you can only re-register, and there is no other way.

Second, Zhaopin can change its email address. By default, the email address of the user who receives the letter from HR party is the full name of the user name used when registering (currently Zhaopin recruitment requires the user name to be in the form of email address). You can modify your email address in Personal Information on the left side of the homepage of Resume Center. (Tip: This modification will not change your login user name)

3. If you forget your username or password, you can get it back in the following ways:

2. To check the password, the user should provide: Chinese and English name, birthday, email address filled in when registering, and ID number.
