1, I am still eager to go to Longxun (do something right) before going to the interview, so I carefully prepare for the interview;
The interview went smoothly and the conversation was harmonious. First of all, it is technical (1 hour or so). Three technicians asked some technical questions according to the description in my resume, which were neither deep nor shallow, and I felt that the answers were ok. Then there is the HR interview (about 40 minutes), and all the questions are normal (why did you leave your job, why did you want news, etc.). Because my last company and Longxun were in a competitive relationship, the core issues were all around my last company (which product sold well, how much was the annual turnover, etc.). ). Then I said 1 I'll meet my boss again in a week or so.
3. That was 1 week, and I waited for 2 weeks to add 1 for the second interview. Longxun's boss is with HR, mainly because he is asking questions, and the core is also around my last company (annual turnover, income, etc. Here, I want to emphasize that the boss of Longxun is really not that good. As the boss of a company, he kept asking questions during the interview. After the second interview, to be honest, I didn't want to enter Longxun so much, and of course I didn't go in the end.
Summary: Longxun interview gives the impression that no matter how the previous interview performed, the final decision depends entirely on his boss. The interview cycle is too long and inefficient.
Suggestion: Newcomers can exercise, but don't exercise for too long (≤3 years). Experienced people do not recommend going, the process is chaotic and the boss is exclusive, which is not conducive to personal development.
