He used to be the financial director, accounting director, assistant, deputy director, director, finance minister and chief financial officer of Wuhan Research Institute. Chief accountant of Chengdu Institute of Biological Products; Deputy General Manager and Chief Financial Officer of Marketing Center of China Biotechnology Co., Ltd. and Chief Financial Officer of Beijing Zhongsheng Guo Jian Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.; Chief Financial Officer of Beijing Tiantan Biological Products Co., Ltd. (concurrently the director of Chengdu Rong Sheng Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and the chairman of the board of supervisors of Changchun Qijian Biological Products Co., Ltd.). In addition to serving as the director of the issuer, Mr. Chen Yong is currently the financial controller of Wuhan Institute of Biological Products Co., Ltd. and the financial controller of Wuhan Blood Products Co., Ltd.
