1992 to 2004, Mr. He Maochun worked in the research institute of the Ministry of Commerce (formerly the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation), and served as the director of the legal office, the deputy minister of the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation, the director of the information center, and the editor-in-chief and chief writer of the White Paper on Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation in China. Participated in many international economic and trade negotiations and academic seminars at home and abroad. Participated in and presided over scientific research projects of the United Nations and the World Bank, and independently presided over the planning of several major investment projects and national-level projects.
Professor He joined Tsinghua University as a teacher in 2005. Teaching diplomacy, economic diplomacy, international economic law, international economic relations, diplomatic history, international situation, internationalization strategy, diplomacy and foreign affairs practice.
