4. List of persons going to Taiwan-name, gender, date of birth, work unit, position and registered permanent residence.
5. Copy of entry permit-only one side of the photo.
6. A copy of the resume and ID card of the person going to Taiwan-if married, the name and work unit of the spouse should be clearly written; Attach a copy of your ID card in the blank.
7. A copy of the business license of the company of personnel going to Taiwan-stamped with a red seal;
