Third, exaggeration, flashy. Some people deliberately exaggerate their "achievements" in their resumes. For example, they said on their resumes that they had participated in some kind of professional training, but they were asked during the interview and only attended half a day's class. Some people say that they are students of a famous scholar, but in fact they just attended a class of that scholar; It is said that he participated in a national key project, but actually he only assisted in the meeting work of the project meeting. This will often greatly reduce the impression of employers on candidates.
Fourth, lack of sincerity. A person's resume, like his own photo, should be unique and vivid, with his own ideas, expectations and requirements. Many students' job resumes are more like the price list of product promotion, which is completely formatted, just like everyone has a face and no personality. Even the recommendation letters written by school tutors are machine printed (only the teacher's name is signed at the back), which makes people wonder whether the recommendation of the tutor is a formulaic but helpless entertainment.
