This is especially true in improving school conditions, transforming weak schools and strengthening school management. 1July, 993, after democratic election, Liu Wei became the principal of Tangma Middle School in Yutai County. Taking "deepening the reform of teaching management and improving the level of scientific management" as the general starting point, he formed a management system featuring multi-level quantitative management. He seized the opportunity of the "Ninth Five-Year Plan", built a comprehensive building, built and improved the function room according to the provincial standards, and soon made Tangma Middle School, which was at a low ebb, move towards a virtuous circle. In April 2000, Liu Wei was transferred from Tangma Middle School to Wang Lu Middle School as the principal. The school has been rated as a city, county-level law-abiding glorious school and county-level civilized unit, and has become a county-level standardized school and a county-level audio-visual teaching demonstration school, and has been identified as an innovative education experimental base by the Shandong Provincial Department of Education. In August, 2003, after Liu Wei was promoted to be the principal of Wang Lu Central Middle School, he led the middle school staff in the whole town to work around six aspects: "overall coordination, school spirit and discipline, teaching management, hardware construction, team building and internal management", established a unified and macroscopic education and teaching management system, and devoted himself to the improvement of internal supporting facilities. The effect is obvious, and the accommodation conditions of the three middle schools under the jurisdiction of the central school have been greatly improved.

Years of experience in running a school made Wei Liu deeply realize that mobile education must be supported by mobile teachers. Therefore, he attaches great importance to the construction of teachers and the educational and scientific research work of the school. Adhere to the "research school, strengthen the school by scientific research", actively support teachers to carry out teaching and scientific research activities based on the school, so as to improve the quality of education and teaching as a breakthrough and realize the sustainable development of the school. First of all, do a good job in the construction of teachers' morality.
