At present, Angang Seamless Steel Tube Plant has a five-stand continuous pipe mill with a limited mandrel of Ф159 PMP with an annual output of 200,000 tons, an improved automatic pipe mill of Ф 219 with an annual output of 250,000 tons, and a disc stretcher of Ф100 with an annual output of100,000 tons. At the same time, it has tubing processing production line and cold drawing production line.
In the 2 1 century, the seamless steel pipe factory has invested 298 million yuan in 2002 to introduce the most advanced five-stand continuous rolling mill with limited mandrel from Germany Simak Mill, the electric control equipment from Italy Ansaldo Company and the tube saw from Austria MFL Company, and carried out large-scale technical transformation on the AG unit. The project officially started on July 25th, 2002, and reached its production capacity in August, 2003. The reformed Ф159PMP unit has created three new records of the same type of imported units in China, including the least investment, the shortest construction period and the fastest production speed.
In order to meet the requirements of market economy development, further improve product quality and expand production scale, on July 7, 2004, the Ф140 unit with backward equipment level was reformed on a large scale. The reformed unit is Ф 219 improved automatic pipe rolling unit, and the electrical system adopts Siemens of Germany and AVTRON of the United States. The automation system adopts the connection form of 9030 series PLC, Ethernet and PROFIBUS-DP network of GE Company in the United States for automatic control. The mechanical system adopts advanced equipment, such as small-angle cone roller of piercer, omni-directional hydraulic device of pipe mill, automatic control device of GC roll gap of pipe mill, high-precision three-roll sizing machine and so on. The improved Ф 219 automatic pipe mill has a production capacity of 250,000 tons.
This unit is the first-class automatic pipe rolling unit of its kind in China, which is designed, manufactured and installed by Angang itself and has independent intellectual property rights. The completion and commissioning of Ф 219 automatic pipe mill filled the blank that Angang could not produce large-diameter seamless steel pipes.
In order to further occupy the northeast large-diameter seamless steel pipe market, from August 5, 2005, a new large-diameter pipe expanding production line was built at 1 18 with an annual designed production capacity of 25,000 tons and production specifications of 245 -340mm in outer diameter and 7-/kloc in wall thickness.
In the process of production, manufacture and inspection, Angang seamless steel pipe products strictly implement internal control standards, so that all parameters of the products are in the best control state, including external surface, internal surface, wall thickness, external diameter, geometric size, mechanical properties and so on. In order to strengthen production technology and product quality,1997; Successfully passed the ISO9002 quality management system guarantee; 1998, certified by API gravity API; 200 1 year passed ISO 1400 1 environmental system certification; In 2002, it passed the certification of GB/T2800 1 Occupational Health and Safety Management System, and formed a complete system of occupational health, environmental protection, safety management and product quality assurance.
Through continuous efforts, the quality of seamless steel tube products in Angang has been greatly improved. From 65438 to 0999-2004, it won the Gold Cup Award for Metallurgical Products in China. From 2002 to 2004, it was satisfied by users in Liaoning Province for three consecutive years. In 2004, the production technology of φ 159 MPM continuous pipe mill won the second prize of metallurgical science and technology and the second prize of scientific and technological achievements in Liaoning Province.
