Born in a musical family, I studied music from an early age. He studied under many famous music educators at home and abroad, and devoted himself to the study of orchestra conductor, clarinet and saxophone playing methods and music theory.

In 2007, he joined Beijing Jinbailing Art Troupe as clarinet player, guest conductor and assistant to the head of the troupe. In the same year, he served as deputy secretary-general and office director of the organizing Committee of the first National Military Music Art Festival.

In 2008, he founded Beijing Aiyun Culture and Art Center and served as artistic director. He was hired by the Ministry of Culture, Beijing Municipal Bureau of Culture and other units as the guardian of intangible cultural heritage inheritance and protection units. In the same year, he was added as Deputy Secretary-General of China International Military Music Art Association.

In 2009, he was elected Secretary-General of All-China Artists Association and Editor-in-Chief of Huayi Net. In the same year, he served as a member of the jury of the "Beyond Dreams" National Youth TV Art Exhibition.

On 20/0/0, Kloc founded Beijing Aiyun Art Troupe and served as the head, participated in the creation of Music China in China Internet News Center (China) and served as the deputy editor.

20 1 1 served as the vice chairman of the organizing Committee of "Leading China" National Guitar Art Festival, the judge of the large-scale party of "Harmonious Home" National Network Art Exhibition, the secretary general of "Narcissus" Music Salon, and the deputy secretary general of the editorial board of "China Songs" magazine.

He was appointed as the Deputy Secretary-General of the Organizing Committee of the "Music China" National Special Student Selection Campaign, a member of the Art Committee of the "National Youth Network Art Spring Festival Evening" of the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League, and the honorary head of the "Voice of the Campus" choir of Yuncheng Musicians Association.
