Chapter I General Provisions

Article 2 Post qualification certificates shall be uniformly printed by the Ministry of Chemical Industry, managed by the Infrastructure Department and uniformly distributed.
Article 3 The post qualification certificate is one of the certificates for assessing the qualification level of chemical construction enterprises, and it is valid in the national chemical industry.
Article 4 Persons without post qualification certificates shall not take up jobs or undertake projects.
Article 5 Post qualification certificates are divided into three types: primary, intermediate and advanced. The certificate level should be consistent with personal knowledge and ability. Without corresponding knowledge and business ability, no one can obtain the corresponding post qualification certificate.
Chapter II Scope of Issuing Certificates
Article 6 The post qualification certificates of construction enterprises directly under the Ministry of Chemical Industry shall be uniformly issued by the Ministry of Infrastructure, and the post qualification certificates of professional managers of local chemical construction enterprises shall be issued by the Ministry of Infrastructure after being examined and approved by the chemical departments (bureaus) of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government.
Article 7 The professional management personnel of chemical construction enterprises refer to eleven categories of personnel, such as builders, budgeters, quality inspectors, safety officers, material engineers, statisticians, accountants, planners, mechanical (equipment) administrators, labor engineers and personnel quotas. Chapter III Conditions and Standards for Issuing Certificates

Chapter IV Measures for Issuing Certificates

Article 20 The declaration form of post qualification certificate for professional management personnel in chemical construction enterprises shall be uniformly printed by the Ministry, and the main contents include: personal education and resume, education certificate, copy of education certificate and assessment materials.
Article 21 If the post qualification certificate needs to be renewed, it shall still be declared and issued according to the above procedures. Chapter V Supplementary Provisions
