Yang Chuan emphasized that there are several things that the management committee of Hengqin New Area will communicate with the Macao government next: one is the plan of bidding, auction and hanging, and now the initial idea is to adopt Macao public institutions to participate in the listing bidding of the project. After determining the development subject, the institution will set up a special project subject in Hengqin to undertake this development task. There will be about 3,800 houses in this project in the future, and the first object of enjoyment must be Macao residents. At the same time, there are some other conditions, such as whether there is real estate in the mainland, how many real estate in Macao, and a qualification. This qualification will be decided by Macao.
Second, in order to further benefit Macao residents, the new neighborhood of Macao will adopt the method of limiting house prices and land prices, and reduce a certain percentage as the final purchase price of Macao residents on the basis of the market-oriented house prices around Hengqin, so that they can enjoy a certain price decline, which leads to the price limit when transferring land prices.
