The job contents and responsibilities of the course consultant are as follows:

1. Communicate with customers, understand customer needs, recommend relevant courses for customers, and provide explanations on professional course system.

2. Establish customer files, conduct pre-sales tracking management, push customers to sign contracts, and go through the course learning procedures.

3. Communicate with the instructor to confirm the training place and the preparation of pre-training materials.

4. Complete the monthly course sales target and track the payment of students' course fees.

5. Communicate with students regularly to help them complete the course.

6. Participate in the training meeting organized by the company and adjust the sales strategy and sales strategy.

7. Collect market information and competitors' dynamics through various channels, and provide reasonable suggestions to superiors.

Qualifications of course consultants

1, college degree or above, over 22 years old.

2. Good interpersonal communication skills, emergency response ability and strong sales awareness.
