Wang Jian, chief technology officer of Alibaba Cloud, is the chief technology officer of Ali Software. Before joining Alibaba, Dr. Wang Jian, acting as the representative of the 13th People's Congress of Zhejiang Province, was the executive vice president of Microsoft Research Asia, responsible for the research of user interface, machine learning, large-scale data processing and the adCenter laboratory in Beijing. He was responsible for the research of key shutdown technologies and systems related to data-driven software (including data architecture and analysis of SQM Watson), Microsoft advertising platform and related technologies of seamless personal computing. In 2008, he was awarded the Outstanding Contribution Award by China Computer Federation, and was selected as "Top Ten Outstanding IT Youth in China" by YOCSEF of China Computer Federation.

Dr. Wang Jian is also a journal of the American Computer Society (Communication).
